The chip of the ST8 type planar capacitor chip is made of ceramic, the below should be followed before installing it into the shell of the connector: 
1.Wear gloves when packing;
2.Chip style' material is ceramic,should be handle with care;
3.When test, metal probe should be get to signal pole and earthing pole;
4.When test withstand voltage, the voltage should be increased step by step to the rated voltage, and make sure the testing point of the chip and the voltage supplier contact well,  and discharging the chip after the test;
5.Chip style should be packing in clean poly bag.
  
Put shrapnel into the holes of the ceramic planar array capacitor, then insert the contacts, a filter assembly is ready. The shrapnel connect the contacts and the ceramic planar array capacitor. If the filter assembly is π circle, install magnetic cores or magnetic plate between two ceramic planar array capacitors, using resin to fix the cores or plate. Then install the assembly into the connector shell, using conducting resin to connect the outer terminal and connector shell, insure good grounding and packing. As this way is easy to assemble and highly reliable, so this installation method is recommended.
Welded installation means that the contacts is connected with the inner hole of the plate array ceramic dielectric vessel by welding. Reflow soldering by using S-Sn60Pb, S-Sn63Pb or similar welding material is recommended. The welding temperature curve is shown below. If the filter assembly is π circle, install magnetic cores or magnetic plate between two ceramic planar array capacitors, using resin to fix the cores or plate.
After welding, the filter assembly needs to be cleaned with solvent, and then the filter assembly is installed in the connector shell. The outer electrode of the plate array ceramic dielectric container is bonded to the inner wall of the connector shell with a conductive adhesive to ensure good grounding. Finally, the filter assembly can be filled with resin.
